Adults

Argentine citizens aged 21 and over

Travel to neighboring countries:
Valid national ID (DNI), Identity Card, Civic Register Book, or Enrollment Book, all in good condition.
Travel to non-neighboring countries:
Valid passport with updated personal details and any required visas.

Foreign nationals with permanent residence in Argentina

Travel to non-neighboring countries:
Valid passport of their nationality with any required visas, plus Argentine DNI or Argentine Identity Card.

Minors under 18 years of age

Traveling with both parents

Marriage certificate issued by the Civil Registry and/or the minor’s birth certificate.

Traveling with only one parent:

The minor’s birth certificate and a travel authorization from the absent parent, issued before a notary public and legalized by the Notaries’ Association.

Traveling with a widowed parent:

The minor’s birth certificate and the deceased parent’s death certificate.

Traveling alone:

Travel authorization from both parents (valid until the age of majority), issued before a notary public and legalized by the Notaries’ Association.
