Howler Monkey Sanctuary
The sanctuary exhibits the spirit of coexistence that Belizeans have with nature. Howler monkeys are protected by villagers and allowed to roam freely on their property. With the support of the World Wildlife Fund and the Milwaukee County Zoo Society, a small natural history museum and visitor center has been built in Bermudian Landing, the most central point of the sanctuary.

City Tour
Belize City is home to the world's only manually operated swing bridge. The Anglican Cathedral, the oldest in Central America, St. John's Cathedral, was built in 1812 with bricks brought as ballast from European sailing vessels.
The House of Government (now a museum) served as the administrative office and residence of Belize's governors. It was constructed combining Caribbean vernacular architecture with English urban design.
