A Journey Through Chilean Valleys

Breakfast at the hotel. At the scheduled time, we will visit one of the most renowned wineries worldwide, Concha y Toro. The Concha y Toro Wine Center is a space where Chilean winemaking tradition merges with innovation and modernity. This new destination offers visitors a unique and immersive experience that will take them through centuries of history, art, gastronomy, and, of course, the finest wines from the house. We will tour the grounds while tasting some of the best wines in the magnificent European-style park, where the Pirque manor majestically stands—an architectural monument built in the late 19th century. As we stroll through the park and lagoon, we will discover the vineyards that produce Chile's finest Cabernet Sauvignon. One of the most significant attractions of the winery is its ancient cellars where the founder, Don Melchor Concha y Toro, stored some of his finest wines. There we will learn about the legend of the Casillero del Diablo, a legend that made Chilean wines famous worldwide.
In the afternoon, we will visit Santa Rita Winery for a guided tour of the variety garden, vineyards, wine production process, storage, bottling process, and wine tasting. During our tour, we will also visit the historic cellar made of "stone and mortar" and the "Bodega de los 120 Patriotas," a historical monument. Return to selected hotel.
Accommodation.

Breakfast at the hotel. We will begin our tour from your hotel in Santiago on a journey through Chile's coastal wine valleys. Along the route, we will enjoy the diverse landscape of Curacaví Valley, continuing to Casablanca Valley, mostly known for white wine production.
We will visit Veramonte Winery, starting at the visitor center where you can learn about the vineyard's history as one of the pioneers in Casablanca Valley. Then you will learn about organic agriculture and continue through the production cellar, ending at the bottling room. After the tour, you can taste a selection of wines. We will then head to Casas del Bosque, where you will enjoy a guided tour by Wine Educators who possess extensive knowledge and will make your experience unique. Visit the deck viewpoint, walk among Pinot Noir vineyards, learn about Sauvignon Blanc, terroir, and soil analysis, and immerse yourself in the production and oenological process of the wine cellar.
Visit the Small Barrels section honoring small lots and their vinification processes, continue in the barrel room with music, and finish with a sensory tasting of the most award-winning wines. Return to selected hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel. We will begin a magical journey to Colchagua Valley. On a journey of almost 2.5 hours, we will arrive at this beautiful valley, recognized for both its impressive landscapes and rich winemaking history. Our first stop will be at Montgras Winery, where we will visit its cellar and wine and souvenir shop. We will taste its main wines before heading to enjoy lunch (included) in the city of Santa Cruz. Afterward, there will be time to visit the Colchagua Museum (entrance not included), where a varied collection of objects on display will surprise you with their historical significance. Then we will head to Viu Manent Winery, where you will experience this place in antique horse-drawn carriages while our guide tells you about the main characteristics of the location. Return to Santiago.
