A Journey Through the Chilean Valleys

Arrival in Santiago. Meet and greet at the airport and transfer to the selected hotel.
Accommodation.

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Undurraga Winery, beginning with its park designed by French landscape architect George Henry Dubois. Continue to the Aliwen corner, featuring southern Chilean vegetation and a tribute to the Mapuche people through cultural figures and worldview displays. The tour visits the vineyards to learn about soil management and varietals, followed by an explanation of the winemaking process and a visit to century-old underground cellars. Explore the "Gente de la Tierra" collection of Mapuche and pre-Columbian art. The visit concludes with a tasting of three reserve wines and a gift glass.
In the afternoon, visit Santa Rita Winery for a guided tour of the varietal garden and vineyards. Learn about production, aging, and bottling processes, followed by a tasting. The tour includes the historic "cal y canto" cellar and the "Cellar of the 120 Patriots," a national monument (lunch not included). Return to the hotel in Santiago.

Breakfast at the hotel. Travel toward the coastal wine valleys, passing through the Curacaví Valley to reach the Casablanca Valley, renowned for white wine production. Visit Veramonte Winery, starting with a tour of the vineyards to learn about seasonal viticulture while enjoying panoramic views. Visit the tank room and barrel room, followed by a technical tasting. The journey continues to Casas del Bosque for a video presentation on winemaking processes and a guided tour, concluding with a tasting of two reserve wines and one gran reserva (lunch not included). Return to the hotel in Santiago.

Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for the Colchagua Valley, a region celebrated for its landscapes and viticultural history. The first stop is Montgras Winery to visit the cellar and shop, followed by a tasting of their primary wines. Proceed to Santa Cruz for lunch (not included). Afterward, visit the Colchagua Museum (entrance not included) to explore its historical collections. The tour continues at Viu Manent Winery, featuring a tour in traditional horse-drawn carriages through the estate. Guests will sample wine directly from the tanks and visit the barrel room. Return to the hotel in Santiago.
