Day 1: Airport - Cali

Breakfast.
City tour in Cali + Salsa class.
Experience the magic of Cali, the salsa capital of the world, on a cultural journey that combines history, tradition, and music. We begin with a visit to the Grupo Niche Monument, an icon of Cali salsa. Then, we will enjoy a walk along the Río Boulevard, where you can appreciate the architecture of La Ermita church and the Ortiz Bridge. The tour continues with La Merced church, the historical site where Cali was founded, and a tour through the colonial San Antonio neighborhood, home to the city's second oldest church (1747), with spectacular panoramic views.
We will continue toward Gato del Río and Parque de las Novias del Gato; we will also visit the sculpture La Palabra Cali, an ideal spot for photographs. At an artisan shop we will enjoy a typical refreshment and have time to acquire unique souvenirs.
Finally, we will close the experience with one hour of Cali salsa class, where you will learn the basic steps and essence of this musical genre that represents Cali's cultural identity.

Tour of Wax Palms in Valle del Cocora and the town of Salento.
The tour starts in Armenia heading toward the majestic Valle de Cocora, home of the Wax Palm, where the Yellow-eared Parrot and the Andean Condor live. During the guided walk, environmental interpretation is offered about the cloud forest and the valley's ecosystems, reaching the Quindío River and receiving information about the different available viewpoints (optional entrance not included). Then, the tour continues toward Salento, where a historical tour of its colorful colonial streets takes place, including the traditional Calle Real. Travelers have free time for shopping and personal exploration before returning to Armenia.
