Between 06:00 and 06:30 in the morning, a guide will pick you up to begin the tour to Tortuguero National Park. The journey starts on Route 32, which crosses Braulio Carrillo National Park and offers spectacular views of its primary forest. Along the way, a stop will be made to enjoy a Costa Rican breakfast. Subsequently, you will continue to the dock, where a comfortable boat will be waiting to cross the winding canals of the national park. Let yourself be captivated by this exotic paradise, which offers a variety of flora, fauna, and wonderful landscapes, allowing you to experience nature in a unique way.
Upon arrival, you will enjoy a refreshing cocktail and a Costa Rican lunch. You will have a couple of hours to regain energy and, in the afternoon, you will participate in an excursion to the small and charming town of Tortuguero. There you will have the opportunity to visit the Sea Turtle Conservancy Museum (entrance USD 2, not included) or take a walk to explore the town on your own and finish with a beach walk to watch the sunset. At the agreed time, dinner will be served at the lodge. Accommodation in Tortuguero.

1. The Tortuguero package operates on a regular basis, so all transfers and excursions take place with other clients. Additionally, it is likely that on the first day you will stop at different hotels for other passengers.

This day starts very early in the morning, you will be able to enjoy the most hidden corners of the countless network of secondary canals. You will have good opportunities to observe the awakening of wildlife and, with a bit of luck, you may see spider monkeys, white-faced monkeys, and howler monkeys, crocodiles, red frogs, and toucans. You will return to enjoy breakfast and, at the agreed time, you will depart first by boat and then by land, until reaching the restaurant where you will enjoy lunch. Subsequently, you will continue to the next destination: La Fortuna, where the main attraction of the region is located, the impressive volcano with an almost perfect cone. Activity has decreased in recent years, but the simple image of this colossus is a natural spectacle. Accommodation in La Fortuna/Volcán Arenal.

Breakfast. Free time to explore one of the most popular and spectacular tourist destinations in the area. La Fortuna is a very complete destination, offering a wide variety of activities; from adrenaline-filled experiences such as canopy tours, rafting, safari, horseback riding, rappelling, and bike tours, to nature walks, cave exploration, waterfalls, and hanging bridges, among others. In the afternoon, you will take a hike around Arenal volcano, ending the day with a visit to the thermal springs in the area and finishing with a Costa Rican dinner at the complex facilities. This area is known for its spectacular beaches offering more than 200 km of coastline; which are blessed by pleasant weather, sand ranging from pure white to dark ash-colored grains and crystal-clear waters with their variety of blue tones.
