Independence Route

Day 1: Airport - Mexico City
Reception at Mexico City International Airport "Benito Juárez", transfer to your hotel of choice and accommodation.
Day 2: Mexico City
Breakfast. In the morning we will begin the city tour visiting the historic center, a cultural heritage site of humanity, the National Palace (panoramic view), the Plaza de la Constitución or Zócalo, the Aztec Temple Mayor and the Metropolitan Cathedral, as well as its main avenues. We will then visit Chapultepec Forest and one of the most famous residential areas of Mexico City, as well as the Zona Rosa. Return to hotel and rest of the day free.
Day 3: Mexico City - Querétaro - San Miguel de Allende
Breakfast. Visit to the city of Querétaro, a cultural heritage site of humanity, where we will visit the Aqueduct, the Ex-Convent of the Cross and the Historic Center. We will continue our journey to San Miguel de Allende, to discover this peaceful city recently named a cultural heritage site of humanity, where the great comedian "Cantinflas" lived and a residence for artists and intellectuals. Notable points of interest include the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel, the Convent of the Conception, the Church of San Francisco and the Allende Institute. It features a wide variety of craft shops, cafes and restaurants. Accommodation.
Day 4: San Miguel de Allende - Dolores Hidalgo - Guanajuato
Breakfast. Departure towards Dolores Hidalgo, where in 1810 the priest Miguel Hidalgo gave the famous "grito" marking the beginning of Mexico's War of Independence. There is the house-museum of this national hero and also the birthplace of the famous composer José Alfredo Jiménez. Continuation to Guanajuato, a cultural heritage site of humanity and annual host of the International Cervantino Festival. In the afternoon we will enjoy discovering this beautiful city, full of alleyways and plazas, which offers us such interesting places as the University, the Juárez Theater, the Callejón del Beso, the house-museum of muralist Diego Rivera, husband of Frida Kahlo. Its streets and underground avenues are unique in the country, the house of Jorge Negrete, the Quixote Museum and its famous Mummies Museum. Accommodation.
Day 5: Guanajuato - Mexico City
Breakfast. Morning free to enjoy this beautiful city. At the indicated time, transfer to the bus terminal to board the executive class bus to Mexico City. Arrival transfer in Mexico City; Bus Terminal - hotel (included), arrival and accommodation.
Day 6: Mexico City - Airport
At the indicated time, transfer to the airport to take your return flight home.
