Day 1: Airport - Ciudad de México
Reception at "Benito Juárez" International Airport in Ciudad de México, followed by a transfer to your selected hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 2: Ciudad de México
Breakfast. Morning city tour visiting the historic center, a World Heritage site. The tour includes the National Palace (panoramic view), the Zócalo, the Templo Mayor, and the Metropolitan Cathedral, as well as the city's main avenues. Later, we will visit Chapultepec Park, the Zona Rosa, and one of the most famous residential areas in the city. Return to the hotel with the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 3: Ciudad de México - Querétaro - San Miguel de Allende
Breakfast. Visit the city of Querétaro, a World Heritage site, including the Aqueduct, the Ex-Convent of the Cross, and the Historic Center. Continue to San Miguel de Allende to explore this peaceful city, recently named a World Heritage site and home to many artists and intellectuals. Key points of interest include the Parish of San Miguel Arcángel, the Convent of the Conception, the Church of San Francisco, and the Allende Institute. The city offers a wide variety of craft shops, cafes, and restaurants. Overnight stay.
Day 4: San Miguel de Allende - Dolores Hidalgo - Guanajuato
Breakfast. Depart for Dolores Hidalgo, where Father Miguel Hidalgo gave the famous "Grito" in 1810, marking the start of the Mexican War of Independence. This town is home to the house-museum of the national hero and the birthplace of composer José Alfredo Jiménez. Continue to Guanajuato, a World Heritage city and annual host of the International Cervantino Festival. In the afternoon, explore this beautiful city of alleys and plazas, featuring sites such as the University, Juárez Theater, the Alley of the Kiss, and the house-museum of muralist Diego Rivera. Unique features include its underground streets, the Jorge Negrete house, the Quixote Museum, and the Mummy Museum. Overnight stay.
Day 5: Guanajuato - Ciudad de México
Breakfast. Morning at leisure to enjoy the city. At the scheduled time, transfer to the bus terminal for an executive class bus to Ciudad de México. Arrival transfer from the bus terminal to the hotel is included. Overnight stay.
Day 6: Ciudad de México - Airport
At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport for your return flight.
