Day 1: Airport - Mexico City

Reception at Mexico City international airport "Benito Juárez", transfer to your hotel of choice and accommodation.

Day 2: Turibus

Breakfast. Today you will travel through Mexican history aboard the Turibus, visiting its most representative attractions: archaeological, colonial, modern and contemporary sites, in an enjoyable and cultural tour. It features up to 21 stops where you can get off and explore the city on foot, then reboard and continue the route. If you wish, you can take the second tour by transferring at the Fuente de los Cibeles stop to make your journey more complete (1-day pass, does not include transfers to the Turibus station).

Day 3: Basilica of Guadalupe - Pyramids of Teotihuacan

Breakfast. We will begin our tour visiting the Plaza of Three Cultures, where past and present blend together. We will then continue to the impressive Teotihuacan archaeological zone, where we will visit the monumental Pyramids of the Sun and Moon, the Quetzalpapalotl Temple, the Citadel and the Avenue of the Dead. We will also visit a craft center. On the return to the city, we will visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Patroness of America. Return to hotel and rest of day at leisure.

Day 4: Xochimilco

Breakfast. Enjoy a panoramic tour admiring the World Trade Center, the Siqueiros Cultural Polyforum, Mexico City Bullring, the Theater of the Insurgents, the Olympic Stadium, the University City, and the lava gardens of Pedregal de San Ángel. We will then visit Xochimilco, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where we will take a ride in an Aztec boat. We will also visit the wonderful neighborhood of Coyoacán, its 16th-century mansions and the Church of San Juan Bautista with its impressive paintings. (Wednesday operates in the afternoon; other days in the morning).

Day 5: Cuernavaca - Taxco

Breakfast. We will continue with a panoramic tour of Cuernavaca, the city of eternal spring, admiring one of the oldest cathedrals in America, the Palace of Cortés, its colonial mansions and avenues. We will then visit one of the treasures of the Sierra Madre: Taxco, the "Silver Capital of the World," visiting the famous Baroque parish church of Santa Prisca and walking through its beautiful cobblestone streets while admiring and purchasing silver crafts from local artisans. Return to hotel and rest of day at leisure.

Day 6: Puebla - Cholula

Breakfast. We will visit the largest pyramid in the world at the Cholula archaeological zone, its 365 churches and admire Santa María Tonanzintla and San Francisco Acatepec with their beautiful indigenous Baroque churches. We will continue to Puebla, a UNESCO World Heritage City, visiting its impressive Cathedral in its main square, the Rosario Chapel, considered the eighth wonder of the Art World, as well as the Convent of Santa Mónica and the Onyx and Talavera Ceramic factories. Return to hotel and rest of day at leisure. (This tour operates Tuesdays and Saturdays only).

Day 7: Puebla - Airport

Breakfast. At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport to take your return flight home.
