Day 1: Airport - Lima
Upon arrival at the Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima, a representative will meet you for your transfer to the selected hotel.
Overnight stay in Lima.
Day 2: Lima - City Tour and Larco Museum
Our guide will meet you at your hotel to begin a tour of Lima's Historic Center. The visit includes Casa Aliaga, a colonial mansion with over five centuries of history, and the Plaza Mayor, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where you will see the Cathedral of Lima. Finally, we visit the Larco Museum in the Pueblo Libre district, which houses an extensive collection of pre-Columbian gold, silver, and erotic art, spanning 5,000 years of Peruvian history. This is a shared service.

Day 3: Lima - Paracas
The day begins with an early departure from Lima heading south. We will stop at Mirasur restaurant for an optional breakfast (not included). The journey continues to the historic Hacienda San José in Chincha, where you will explore the 17th-century secret underground tunnels used historically to bypass port taxes. These tunnels form a network extending over 17 km. Afterward, we continue to the Paracas bus station and transfer to your hotel.

Day 4: Paracas - Islas Ballestas - Nazca
This morning, you will head to El Chaco pier to board a boat for a 90-minute tour of the Islas Ballestas. This nature reserve is renowned for its striking geological formations, diverse wildlife, and vestiges of pre-Inca cultures. The islands are home to a wide variety of species, including blue-footed boobies, pelicans, sea lions, and Humboldt penguins. During the tour, you can also observe the "Candelabro," a mysterious geoglyph etched into the desert sand.

Following the tour, you will continue your journey to Nazca. You will be transferred to the Paracas bus station for a four-hour trip to Nazca. Upon arrival at the station, a transfer will take you to your hotel.

Day 5: Nazca - Nazca Lines - Arequipa
Today, you will be picked up for a flight over the Nazca Lines from the local airfield. From the air, you will observe massive figures such as a monkey, a spider, and a condor while attempting to decipher their mysterious patterns. This overflight lasts approximately 30 minutes. Afterward, you will have free time in the city.

In the evening, you will be transferred to the bus station for the journey from Nazca to Arequipa, which takes approximately ten hours. Upon arrival in Arequipa, you will be transferred to your hotel.

*Transfers from the bus station to the hotel in Paracas are provided by a Spanish-speaking driver.
*The baggage allowance is 20 kg (44 lbs) for checked luggage and 5 kg (11 lbs) for carry-on.
*The maximum weight for the overflight is 90 kg (198 lbs); exceeding this weight requires an additional fee of USD 40. Please provide the approximate weight of each passenger in advance to ensure safety and proper flight capacity.

Day 6: Arequipa - City Tour and Santa Catalina Monastery
You will be picked up from your hotel and taken to the Carmen Alto viewpoint, offering views of the Chili River and the Misti and Chachani volcanoes. Next, you will visit the Yanahuara viewpoint to admire the urban landscape and the traditional "sillar" (white volcanic stone) architecture. The tour continues to the Plaza de Armas, the heart of the city, and concludes with an exploration of the Santa Catalina Monastery, a complex of plazas, cloisters, and narrow streets.

Day 7: Arequipa - Colca Canyon
In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel to begin the journey toward Chivay. The route follows the paved highway through Pampa Cañahuas, a vast plain within the Aguada Blanca National Reserve. A stop will be made in Patahuasi to rest and enjoy local herbal teas. You will then pass through Viscachani and the Toccra wetlands, where vicuñas, alpacas, and migratory birds can be observed.

The journey continues to the Patapampa viewpoint, situated at 4,910 meters above sea level, offering views of the Volcanic Range. Upon arrival in Chivay, you will have lunch before being transferred to your hotel. The afternoon is free for rest or independent exploration. Dinner is at your leisure.

Day 8: Colca Canyon
In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to the village of Yanque to visit its picturesque main square. The journey continues to Cruz del Condor, one of the most impressive viewpoints of the Colca Canyon. Here, you will have the opportunity to observe the Andean condor in its natural habitat.

On the return trip, you will stop at various panoramic viewpoints and the village of Maca to appreciate its charming square and surroundings. After lunch in Chivay, you will be transferred to your hotel to enjoy the rest of the afternoon at your leisure.

Day 9: Colca Canyon - Puno
In the mid-morning (time varies by hotel location), you will be picked up and taken to Chivay for lunch. Afterward, you will continue the journey to Puno, crossing the Andean highlands on a drive of approximately five and a half hours.

A stop will be made in Patahuasi for facilities and a brief rest. Later, at the Lagunillas viewpoint, you can admire high-altitude lagoons and migratory birds such as flamingos. Finally, you will arrive in Puno and be transferred to your hotel to rest and acclimate to the altitude.

Day 10: Puno - Lake Titicaca - Uros and Taquile Islands
Puno is home to Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world. Here, the Uros people maintain an ancestral society living on artificial islands built from woven totora reeds. The tour begins with a transfer to the port of Puno, where a boat will take you to the Uros Islands.

After a 90-minute visit, the journey continues to Taquile Island, known for its traditional culture and textile arts. You will receive an informative briefing about the island followed by a local lunch. Finally, you will return to Puno.

Day 11: Puno - Cusco
Prepare for a journey to Cusco, the heart of the Inca Empire, traveling a route through the Andes featuring native wildlife and traditional villages. The trip includes a stop at the Pucará Museum, a recognized cultural heritage site. You will also stop at La Raya, the highest point of the route at 4,313 meters above sea level, followed by lunch.

The itinerary continues with a visit to Raqchi, famous for the Temple of Wiracocha, and the village of Andahuaylillas, home to the "Sistine Chapel of America," renowned for its colonial artwork. You will arrive at your hotel in Cusco in the evening.

Day 12: Cusco - City Tour and Nearby Archaeological Sites
The Cusco Tourist Ticket (BTC), included in your itinerary, provides access to 16 major attractions in and around Cusco, including Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo, Puca Pucará, and Tambomachay, as well as Sacred Valley sites like Ollantaytambo, Pisac, Moray, and Chinchero.

Enjoy a guided tour of Cusco, the former capital of the Inca Empire. You will visit the Santo Domingo Convent, built atop the ancient Coricancha temple, followed by the Cathedral of Cusco. The tour then moves to the outskirts to explore the Fortress of Sacsayhuamán, the archaeological site of Qenqo, the military complex of Puca Pucará, and the ruins of Tambomachay, also known as the "Inca's Bath."

Day 13: Cusco - Sacred Valley - Chinchero, Ollantaytambo & Yucay Living Museum
A vehicle will pick you up in the morning to drive to the picturesque town of Chinchero. We will visit its impressive agricultural terraces and the 17th-century church, built over an ancient Inca palace. Afterward, we will stop at a viewpoint to enjoy the landscapes of the Sacred Valley. The journey continues with a visit to the Yucay Living Museum, a center for the interpretation of Andean traditions where you can observe the creation of textiles, pottery, and silverware using ancestral techniques. Enjoy a traditional lunch in the Sacred Valley. Later, we will visit the Ollantaytambo Fortress, a significant ceremonial center with agricultural terraces carved into the mountainside. At the end of the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel. This is a shared service.

Day 14: Sacred Valley - Machu Picchu - Cusco
A transfer will pick you up from your hotel in Urubamba and take you to the Ollantaytambo train station. This transfer is shared with other passengers.
You will board the Inca Rail Voyager train at Ollantaytambo station bound for Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo). Assistance will be provided upon arrival. For the return to Ollantaytambo, you will board the 360° train. Each journey takes approximately one hour and a half, with schedules subject to availability.
Aguas Calientes, located at the foot of Machu Picchu, features a vibrant handicraft market and a variety of restaurants. A 25-minute bus ride leads to Machu Picchu, a masterpiece of engineering and architecture believed to have served as a sanctuary for the Inca Pachacutec. A UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the New Seven Wonders of the Modern World, Machu Picchu—meaning "Old Mountain"—stands as a testament to historical and natural majesty. After the guided visit, you will return by bus to Aguas Calientes to begin your return journey to Cusco. This tour is shared with other passengers.
(*) From the confirmed entry time to the Machu Picchu citadel, you will have a 30-minute window to reach the entrance of Machu Picchu Mountain to begin your hike.
Enjoy a set lunch at Café Inkaterra, offering views of the Vilcanota River. This restaurant blends Andean architecture and cuisine with contemporary trends.
After your train journey from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo, a transfer will be waiting at the station to take you to your selected hotel in Cusco. This transfer is shared with other passengers.

Day 15: Cusco - Airport
A vehicle accompanied by a representative will transfer you from your selected hotel to the Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport in Cusco.

ENTRANCE AND GUIDING:
A guide is mandatory for the initial entry to the citadel. Please note that the guided tour lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Visiting routes and schedules within the Machu Picchu citadel are subject to availability.
To purchase Machu Picchu tickets, it is necessary to provide the full name, date of birth, nationality, and passport number for all passengers. These details must match the valid passport used for travel. Please note that tickets to the citadel are non-refundable once purchased.
BAGGAGE:
For all train services to and from Machu Picchu, passengers are permitted to carry only hand luggage (backpack, bag, or briefcase) weighing no more than 8kg/17.6 lb.
