Day 1: Airport - Lima
Upon arrival at Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima, transportation and a representative will pick you up for transfer to your selected hotel.

Day 2: Lima - Paracas
The day will begin with an early morning departure from Lima heading south. Along the way, you will make a stop at Mirasur restaurant, where you will have the option to enjoy breakfast (not included). Further ahead, the journey will continue to the historic Hacienda San José, located in Chincha, a place full of history and tradition. There, you will explore the secret slave tunnels, a surprising underground labyrinth built in the 17th century to hide the trafficking of enslaved Africans and evade taxes. These tunnels connected various haciendas with the port over more than 17 km. After this unique experience, the journey will continue until reaching Paracas bus station*, and you will then be transferred to your hotel*.

Day 3: Paracas - Ballestas Islands - Nazca
This morning you will head to El Chaco dock to board a one and a half hour boat ride to the Ballestas Islands. This natural reserve is known for its impressive geological formations, rich fauna and vestiges of pre-Incan cultures. The Ballestas Islands are home to a wide variety of species, including blue-footed boobies, pelicans, sea lions, Humboldt penguins and other fascinating animals. During the tour, you will also be able to observe a mysterious linear drawing in the desert sand, known as the Candelabra. After the tour, you will continue your journey to the city of Nazca. You will be transferred from Paracas bus station to take the bus to Nazca, in a journey of approximately four hours. Upon arrival at Nazca bus station, you will be transferred to your hotel.

Day 4: Nazca - Nazca Lines Overflight - Arequipa
Today you will be picked up to fly over the Nazca Lines from the city's aerodrome. From the air, you will be able to observe gigantic figures such as a monkey, a spider and a condor, while attempting to decipher their mysterious patterns. This enigmatic overflight has a duration of 30 minutes*. Upon completion, you will have free time in the city. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the bus station to take the bus that will take you from Nazca to Arequipa, in a journey of approximately ten hours. Upon arrival at Arequipa bus station, you will be transferred to your hotel.
*Hotel pickups in Lima from established hotels.
*Transfers from the bus station to the hotel in Paracas will be provided by a Spanish-speaking driver.
*You have the right to transport up to 20 kilos of luggage in storage and 5 kilos in carry-on.
*The maximum weight for the overflight is 90 kilos; if exceeded, an additional fee of USD 40 applies. Day 5: Arequipa - City Tour and Santa Catalina Monastery
You will be taken from your hotel to the Carmen Alto viewpoint, where you can enjoy views of the Chili River and the Misti and Chachani volcanoes. Next, you will visit the Yanahuara viewpoint to contemplate the urban contrast and admire the sillar constructions, a white stone characteristic of the area. Afterwards, the tour will continue at the Plaza de Armas, the heart of urban life. Finally, you will explore the Santa Catalina Convent, composed of plazas, cloisters and streets.

Day 6: Arequipa - Colca Canyon
In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel to begin the journey to Chivay. The route will be by paved road, crossing the Aguada Blanca National Reserve in Pampa Cañahuas, an area where you can observe vicuñas in their natural habitat. You will make a brief stop in Patahuasi, where you will have the opportunity to taste local infusions and use restroom facilities. The journey will continue passing through Viscachani and the Toccra wetlands, home to alpacas, vicuñas and various migratory birds. Then, you will reach Patapampa, the Viewpoint of the Andes (4,910 m.a.s.l.), from where you can appreciate the imposing volcanic chain. Subsequently, you will begin the descent to the town of Chivay (3,635 m.a.s.l.), where you will arrive near noon. After lunch, you will be transferred to your hotel. You will have the rest of the afternoon free to rest and enjoy the hotel facilities or explore the surroundings on your own.

Day 7: Colca Canyon - Puno
Early in the morning, depending on your hotel location, you will be picked up to begin the journey. You will make a brief visit to the plaza of the town of Yanque before heading to Cruz del Cóndor, the best viewpoint to admire the immensity of Colca Canyon and observe the majestic flight of the Andean condor. On the return, you will visit some viewpoints until reaching the town of Maca. Then, you will enjoy lunch at a restaurant in Chivay. Subsequently, you will begin the journey to Puno, lasting approximately 5 hours and 30 minutes. Along the way, you will make a stop in Patahuasi, where you will find services, and at the Lagunillas viewpoint, where you can observe migratory birds such as flamingos. Finally, you will arrive at the city of Puno and be transferred to your hotel.

Day 8: Puno - Lake Titicaca, Uros Islands and Taquile
In the Andean city of Puno lies Lake Titicaca, the world's highest navigable lake. Here, the Uros form an ancestral society that inhabits artificial islands built on bases of woven totora reeds, which grow in the lake itself. The tour will begin with a transfer to Puno port, where a boat will be waiting to take you to the beautiful Uros islands. After a magical one and a half hour excursion, you will continue to the island of Taquile, known for its ancestral culture and traditional way of life. At this point, you will participate in an informational session about the island, followed by a delicious lunch. Finally, you will return to the city of Puno.

Day 9: Puno - Cusco
Prepare yourself for a journey to Cusco, the heart of the Incan Empire, exploring a route that crosses impressive Andean landscapes, with towns and native fauna. During the journey, you will make a stop at the Pucará Museum, declared Cultural Heritage of the Nation. Then, you will make a brief stop at La Raya, the highest point of the route at 4,313 meters above sea level; after this visit, you will enjoy a delicious lunch. Continuing along the route, you will have the opportunity to visit the town of Raqchi, famous for housing the Wiracocha temple. Additionally, explore the charming town of Andahuaylillas, known for its church, called the Sistine Chapel of America due to its impressive works of art. Finally, you will arrive at your hotel in Cusco.

Day 10: Cusco - City Tour and Nearby Archaeological Sites
Enjoy a guided visit of the enchanting and magical city of Cusco, the ancient capital of the Incan empire. In the company of the group, you will visit the Convent of Santo Domingo, located on the former Coricancha temple. Next, you will know the Cathedral Basilica of the Virgin of the Assumption, Cusco's main temple. Subsequently, you will explore the Cusco hills, beginning with the Sacsayhuamán Fortress, and then tour the Qenqo archaeological complex. You will continue with a visit to the military architectural complex of Puca Pucará and the ruins of Tambomachay, also known as the Inca's Bath. Finally, you will return to your selected hotel. It is worth noting that this tour is shared with other passengers.

Day 11: Cusco - Sacred Valley - Chinchero, Ollantaytambo & Yucay Living Museum
A vehicle will pick you up in the morning to take you to the picturesque town of Chinchero. We will visit its impressive agricultural terraces and the 17th century church, built over an ancient Incan palace. Then, we will make a stop at a viewpoint to enjoy the landscapes of the Sacred Valley. We will continue with the visit to the Yucay Living Museum, where you can see the creation of textiles, ceramics and silverware using ancestral techniques. You will enjoy a typical lunch in the Sacred Valley. Afterwards, we will visit the Ollantaytambo Fortress, an important ceremonial center with agricultural terraces that extend across the mountains. At the end of the tour, you will return to the hotel. This tour is shared with other passengers.

Day 12: Sacred Valley - Machu Picchu - Cusco
Transportation will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to Ollantaytambo train station.
*Please note that, as a shared transfer, the pickup range is up to 30 minutes.
You will board the Inca Rail Voyager train from Ollantaytambo station with destination to Aguas Calientes station (Machu Picchu Pueblo). Upon arrival at your destination, you will receive assistance. For the return to Ollantaytambo station, you will board the 360° train. Each journey will last approximately one hour and a half, and schedules will be subject to availability.
Aguas Calientes, located on the slopes of Machu Picchu, offers a vibrant handicraft market, a variety of restaurants and accommodation options. Just 25 minutes by bus away is Machu Picchu, an impressive feat of engineering and architecture believed to have served as a sanctuary and retreat for Inca Pachacútec. Designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New Seven Wonders of the modern world, Machu Picchu, which means "Old Mountain", captivates with its historical splendor and natural majesty. At the conclusion of the visit, you will return by bus to Aguas Calientes to begin your return to Cusco. This tour is shared with other passengers.
