Day 1: Ecuador Airport - Quito (Saturday)
Transfer from the airport to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 2: Otavalo - Cotacachi or Cotopaxi (Choice of Tour) - Quito
COTACACHI:
Depart from the hotel heading north to visit the "Plaza de Ponchos" at the Otavalo handicraft market. Continue to Cotacachi, famous for its leather goods. The route offers views of Lake San Pablo and the Imbabura and Cayambe volcanoes. Return to the hotel.

COTOPAXI NATIONAL PARK:
Depart from the hotel to Cotopaxi National Park, located 70 km southeast of Quito. The visit includes a hike around Limpiopungo Lake to observe birds, wild horses, and the Andean "chuquiragua" flower. Return to Quito.
Day 3: Quito - Middle of the World
Explore the UNESCO World Heritage Historic Center of Quito. Visit the Basilica (including access to its towers and stained glass), Plaza Grande, the Government Palace, the Church of La Compañia de Jesus (including guided tour), and San Francisco Church and Plaza. Visit the El Panecillo viewpoint.
Transfer to the Middle of the World City for lunch and visit the Equatorial Line Monument and the Intiñan Museum (admissions included). Finally, a stop at the Teleferico (optional, on your own) before returning to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 4: Quito - Amazonia
Depart from Quito (approx. 4 hours) toward the Ecuadorian Amazon. Arrive at the Napo River and board a canoe to the Lodge. Following a welcome lunch, embark on a jungle hike with a native guide to discover medicinal plants, various insects, and potentially monkeys and birds. Alternatively, visit the community Butterfly Farm. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Amazonia
Equipped with boots and rain gear, travel by canoe down the Napo River to the Arajuno River. Visit the AmaZOOnico Animal Rescue Center to see toucans, macaws, monkeys, jaguars, and capybaras. After lunch, enjoy a swim in the river and visit a Kichwa family to learn about ancestral customs, including gold washing, pottery making, chicha preparation, and blowgun hunting. Return to the Lodge through secondary jungle. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Amazonia - Baños - Riobamba
Depart the Lodge for Puyo to see local balsa wood crafts. Continue to the city of Baños for lunch and a hike to the "Pailon del Diablo" waterfall. Experience a cable car ride (tarabita) over the Pastaza River at the "Agoyan" waterfall. After a panoramic tour of Baños, transfer to Riobamba for an overnight stay.
Day 7: Riobamba - Ingapirca - Cuenca
Travel to Alausi to board the Devil's Nose Train at 11:00 (ticket included) for a scenic round-trip journey. Continue to the Ingapirca Archaeological Ruins and visit the site museum. Arrive in the evening at Cuenca, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Overnight stay.
Day 8: Cuenca - Gualaceo
Morning tour of Cuenca, a UNESCO World Heritage site, visiting the Cathedral Domes (admission included), El Turi, Calderon Park, and the "Ortega" hat factory.
In the afternoon, visit Gualaceo to see its Orchid Garden (admission included) and the jewelry workshops in Chordeleg. Return to Cuenca and overnight stay.
Day 9: Cuenca - Guayaquil
Transfer to Guayaquil through the Cajas lake district, stopping at the "Tres Cruces" viewpoint (weather permitting). Observe cocoa, rice, and banana plantations along the way. Upon arriving in Guayaquil, cross the Guayas River and visit the Cerro Paraiso viewpoint for a 360-degree view of the city.
Visit the Iguana Park and walk along the Malecon to see La Rotonda, Las Peñas Street, and the La Perla Ferris wheel, or enjoy a boat ride on the Guayas River (included). Return to the hotel.
Day 10: Guayaquil - Ecuador Airport
Transfer from the hotel to the airport. End of services.
Departure: Minimum 2 passengers.
