Day 1: Ecuador Airport - Quito (Saturday)
Transfer from the airport to the hotel.

Day 2: Otavalo - Cotacachi
Morning departure to the north to visit the "Plaza de Ponchos" at the Otavalo handicraft market. Visit Cotacachi and its leather goods stores. Along the way, enjoy Andean landscapes including Lake San Pablo and the Imbabura and Cayambe volcanoes.
COTOPAXI NATIONAL PARK (Optional)
Visit Cotopaxi National Park, located 70 km southeast of Quito. The excursion includes a walk around Limpiopungo Lagoon to observe birds, wild horses, and the "chuquiragua" (Andean flower) in its natural habitat. Return to Quito.

Day 3: Quito - Middle of the World
Explore the Historic Center, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit the Basilica (towers and stained glass entry included), Plaza Grande, the Government Palace, and La Compañía de Jesús (guided tour and entry included). Visit San Francisco Plaza and Church and the Panecillo viewpoint.
Continue to the Middle of the World for lunch and visit the Equatorial Monument and the Intiñan Museum (both included). Final stop at the Teleferico (cable car) for optional visit (on your own). Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 4: Quito - Amazon Rainforest
Departure from Quito (approx. 4 hours) to the Ecuadorian Amazon. Arrive at the Napo River and board a canoe to the Lodge. Welcome lunch followed by an afternoon hike through the rainforest to discover medicinal plants and diverse insect life. With luck, observe monkeys and various birds with a native guide. Alternatively, visit the community butterfly garden. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Amazon Rainforest
Equipped with boots and rain gear, travel by canoe down the Napo and Arajuno Rivers to the AMAZONICO Animal Rescue Center to see toucans, macaws, monkeys, jaguars, and capybaras. After lunch, enjoy swimming in the river and visit a Kichwa family to learn about gold washing, traditional ceramics, "chicha" preparation, and blowgun techniques. Return to the Lodge through the secondary jungle. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Amazon Rainforest - Baños - Riobamba
Transfer to Puyo to see local balsa wood handicrafts. Continue to BAÑOS for lunch followed by a walk to the "Pailón del Diablo" waterfall. Take a cable car (tarabita) over the PASTAZA River at the "Agoyan" waterfall. Enjoy panoramic views of Baños before an evening transfer to RIOBAMBA. Overnight stay.
Day 7: Riobamba - Ingapirca - Cuenca
Departure for ALAUSI to board the Devil's Nose Train at 11:00 (ticket included). After the scenic rail journey, continue to the INGAPIRCA archaeological ruins and site museum. Evening arrival in Cuenca. Overnight stay.
Day 8: Cuenca - Gualaceo
Morning tour of Cuenca, highlighting its colonial architecture and the four rivers. Visit the Cathedral Domes (included), Turi, Calderon Park, and the "Ortega" hat factory. Afternoon excursion to GUALACEO Orchid Garden (included) and the jewelry shops of CHORDELEG. Return to Cuenca. Overnight stay.
Day 9: Cuenca - Guayaquil
Land transfer to Guayaquil via "El Cajas" lake district. Visit the "3 Cruces" viewpoint (weather permitting) and see local crops of cacao, rice, and banana. In Guayaquil, cross the Guayas River bridges to the Cerro Paraiso lookout. Visit Iguana Park and the Malecon, featuring La Rotonda and Las Peñas. Includes a Guayas River boat tour. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 10: Guayaquil - Galapagos
Transfer to Puerto Ayora, SANTA CRUZ ISLAND. Visit the Highlands and Twin Craters.

Transfer from Puerto Ayora via the Itabaca Channel to BALTRA for the flight to Quito (not included). Transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 14: Quito - Ecuador Airport
Transfer from the hotel to the Quito airport. End of our services.
