The Mombacho Volcano features four craters covered in dense cloud forest. From the base, travel by 4x4 vehicle to the hacienda, where an expert local guide will lead a hike along the El Crater trail. This 1.5 km moderate path passes through dwarf forests and fumaroles, offering views of Granada, the islets, Apoyo Lagoon, and Masaya Volcano.
