Adventure and Ambergris Caye

Day 1: Airport - Belize
Upon arrival, reception at the airport and transfer to your selected hotel.
Day 2: Belize - San Ignacio
Morning transfer to the Cayo District. En route, you will visit the Belize Zoo, which exclusively houses native species that have been rescued or donated, kept in large natural enclosures. This provides an excellent opportunity to photograph wildlife rarely seen in the wild.
After lunch at a local restaurant, we continue to San José Succotz to cross the Mopan River toward the Mayan site of Xunantunich (Maiden of the Rock), a significant ancient ceremonial center.

Day 3: San Ignacio
After breakfast, we travel west toward the Guatemala border to visit the Ixchel Farm trails. These trails were established under the guidance of Don Eligio Panti, a renowned authority on traditional medicine.
Next, we visit the Butterfly Farm at Chaa Creek to witness the life cycle of the Blue Morpho butterfly. After lunch, we explore Cahal Pech (Place of Ticks), a site dating back 3,000 years located on the edge of San Ignacio.

Day 4: San Ignacio - Ambergris Caye
After breakfast, we transfer to the Caves Branch River. Upon arrival at Jaguar Paw, we begin a 45-minute jungle hike to learn about plants and herbs used by the ancient Maya.
Equipped with a headlamp, you will float on inner tubes through a subterranean cave system featuring impressive crystal formations, stalagmites, and stalactites. The tour concludes with a traditional Belizean lunch of rice, beans, and stewed chicken.
Transfer to Ambergris Caye and overnight stay.

Day 5: Ambergris Caye
Morning snorkeling excursion at the Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Ray Alley. The afternoon is free for leisure.

Breakfast and transfer to the local airport for your flight to Belize City.
