CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations must be made in writing. For cancellations received more than 45 days before arrival, a full refund will be issued, less incurred expenses. These costs include telephone and fax charges. Charges made to confirm and cancel reservations and any airline, hotel, ground penalties incurred by the operator or other suppliers. For cancellations less than 45 days and more than 15 days before the scheduled arrival, a refund will be issued, less a cancellation charge of 30% of the total cost plus any of the penalties previously mentioned. When canceling 15 or fewer days before arrival, there will be no refund UNLESS we are able to resell the canceled reservation.
