CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. For cancellations received more than 45 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be issued, minus any incurred expenses. These costs include communication fees (telephone/fax) and charges related to confirming or canceling reservations, as well as any penalties imposed by airlines, hotels, ground operators, or other providers. For cancellations received between 45 and 15 days prior to scheduled arrival, a refund will be issued minus a 30% cancellation fee of the total cost and any aforementioned penalties. For cancellations received 15 days or fewer before arrival, no refund will be provided unless the canceled services can be resold.
